This share requires about 6 to 8 cubic feet of freezer space.
Included: Approximately 215-225 lbs of vacuum-packed 100% Farm Fresh Beef
- 25% Steaks: Ribeyes, T-bones, Sirloins, Filets, Flank Steaks, Skirt Steak
- 35% Roasts and Specialty Cuts: Tri-tip Roast, Chuck Roasts, Rump Roasts, Round Roast, Arm Roast, Brisket, and Stew Meat
- 40% Premium Ground Beef: 85/15 Blend, 1/4 of ground beef is 1/3 lb patties. 3/4 of ground beef is in 1 lb packages.

How it works: You reserve a Klein Farm half beef share today with a $600 deposit. We reserve one of our premium angus steers for your family. Our USDA-certified butcher will process your beef and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($2225). Then we will ship it to your door.
