Klein Farm, established in 1970 by Norbert Klein, is a third-generation family operation rooted in Christian values and a love for the land. Located in Northwest Iowa, we raise grain-finished beef using homegrown corn to ensure rich flavor and exceptional quality. This third share will keep a family of 4 fed for a little over five months. With this package, you'll have your own little grocery store beef section right at home in your freezer.
This share requires approximately 4-5 cubic feet of freezer space.
Included: Approximately 150 lbs of vacuum-packed 100% Farm Fresh Beef.
- 25% Steaks: Ribeyes, T-bones, Sirloins, Filets, Flank Steaks, Skirt Steak
- 35% Roasts and Specialty Cuts: Tri-tip Roast, Chuck Roasts, Rump Roasts, Round Roast, Arm Roast, Brisket, and Stew Meat
- 40% Premium Ground Beef: 85/15 Blend, 1/4 of ground beef is 1/3 lb patties. 3/4 of ground beef is in 1 lb packages.
*Includes a number of the cuts listed above, depending on availability. Every animal is different.
How it works: You reserve a Klein Farm quarter beef share today with a $400 deposit. We reserve one of our premium angus or hereford steers for your family. Our USDA-certified butcher will process your beef and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($1483). Then we will ship it to your door.
